I've always had friendly, attentive service at this Sephora. People there have answered my questions on everything from curly hair care to false lashes. One time a lady working in the hair products section spent a good deal of time with me helping me find products for my new short haircut. She said she's going to cosmetology school, and she was very knowledgable. Another time I had a skin irritation around my eyes from a cheap eye makeup remover, and the person who I talked to at Sephora helped me look through all the eye creams' ingredients labels, trying to find alcohol-free creams for sensitive skin. She helped me find a couple that reduced the inflammation. I don't know about the negative reviews here, but I highly recommend this store! ;)
One of the ladies who work there go up to my friend and I while we were trying out a perfume sample, and she yelled at us to put it back before she kicked us out of the store. Why hire people like this?

I'm familiar with other stores through friends, and people are so nice and helpful at other locations. Not one person even acknowledged or made eye contact (except the cashier at the end) the whole 15 minutes we were there. There were only 2 other groups of people in the store, and there were about 7-8 reps just talking, hiding and using their cell phones, or just wandering. Smh.
