Great price, good service
Great experience I've been to other eye places in town and have been very pleased with both the doctor side and the eye glass shop for Lenscrafters. I appreciate that it's a one-stop shop and everyone there is always so helpful. Stacy (in the eye glass part) has ALWAYS been so helpful and friendly. That might not mean and lot but it does when you consider other shops don't care that you're even there. My son and I get our eye exams done here too and the doctors have been great as well. I understand some folks might have had a bad experience but that has definitely not been my experience.
I left 3 messages to make an eye appointment, no one ever called back.

Very friendly staff that doesn't try to push any additional services or higher price frames, very low pressure.
I didn't want to go here because I generally don't like the 'chain' businesses when I can go local but I was in a jam and needed lenses and frames same day. They were a little rushed when I came to pick up my glasses (less than an hour later even with transition lenses) but it was also 5pm so it's understandable. Even though my insurance was 'out-of-network' for Lenscrafters, it was still very reasonably priced.
