Worse ever .. they charge a lot for nothing ...
I have found this clinic to be very good overall. Used to see Dr. Kohler who is awesome. Now I see Sam and I like him also. The last couple years it has become easier to get an appt, etc. At the dentist there is a long wait but that's understandable. Overall great staff in both places.
Only reason im giving a 2 is some of the staff is friendly but most aren't otherwise id only give a 1.. prenatal is always slow im always in there atleast a hour for nothing really I always see a different doctor who seem as if they never listen not 1 time have I been told test or ultrasound results, for 3 months the doc they had me see couldn't find baby's heartbeat at 16+ weeks with doppler only way I got to hear it was on my home one, The dental part is great love the dentist and dental assistance.
I am pregnant, and I am doing my pregnancy check up here. At first, I think it's good here. But when it's 36 weeks, they told me that my doctor had been changed. Then, the following pregnancy check up, I always waiting for my doctor about 30 minutes at least. Whenever I asked my doctor questions, she always said "wait for a second ", then she went outside to ask someone. Come on, I am going to (almost) deliver my baby.
My only complaint with this clinic is the constant late appointments and the fact my own primary doctor didn't contact to tell me she was leaving. I called one day to set up an appointment to discuss some medications the receptionist tells me, "Dr. Madden doesn't work here anymore." Guess it's a good thing I called!
