Went through al the sign up and confirmation and got my time all set. Get a email saying sorry the spots have all been filled then get a text msg saying my time and to please show up etc. very confusing.
Thanks for letting us drop in on your Friday evening crew. We felt welcomed and like the new CFCU swag. Hope to drop in next time we visit.
I did the whole sign up for pre interview, showed up early, some guests sitting by door smiled at me. I stood for 1-2 min before anyone (from back somewhere) came and asked if I was looking for Brandon. I remembered the name from the big ad on FB so I said yes. Told me to find a seat somewhere because hes with someone now. Brandon I am assuming was within 3 feet from me and asked girl quietly what seemed like who I was or what I needed. Never once smiling, acknowledging my existance. He went about his thing with other guy. I sat there longer......he was now within reach and still no hello, smile, Ill be right with you. Now, granted, we have never met, point made.....if you require ti go through hoops and send confirmation and reminder texts down to the hour of our appointment,why seem unsure why someone is there and then as a business owner/manager or even rep not even say hello. He seemed self consumed and the enviroment was not inviting. Gyms are already intimidating and when your promotion is in the sum if a potential $250, as a customer service person myself.....Id be damn if I let myself or my company go seen as such with no social skills and inviting demeanor. I left without being seen or heard. Be friendlier and have someone at desk ready for set appointments.
