It was a huge relief to be able to come here immediately without an appointment. I told the staff what time I had to be out, and they were really good about accommodating that. The nurse who treated me was extremely friendly and patient. Overall, I had a good experience here.
Great experience. Took me right away. Needed additional medical care which they arranged for. They were sooo happy to help me. Can not thank them enough for their care compassion and friendliness ❤️
The only insurance they take is Blue Cross Blue Shield.... that would have been nice to know before going all the way there. $125 just to be seen... Giving 2 stars because the lady at the front desk gave me the advice to just go to Carle Convenient Care, where they would take my insurance and it's MUCH closer to my apartment. Definitely would NOT recommend this place UNLESS you have BCBS. Would just go straight to Carle.
My boyfriend went here shortly after we had moved to town. Received poor service and an extremely expensive bill. This place doesn't take most health insurances (even if they say they do -some other reviews have mentioned discrepancies). Was nearly impossible to get hold of the billing department and they won't even pick up the phone! Go to carle you'll be grateful you did.
Requires Social Security number to be seen. In a time of identity theft at an all time high, they refused to see my daughter without a social security number. She has a valid college ID, valid drivers license, valid insurance card but no, social security number or had to pay cash. No thanks.
