It's honestly mind blowing that this company is still in business in Champaign... save yourself the headache and just walk.
Waited with a patient at the hospital to be picked up at 2:30pm. 3:00pm comes and they're still not there. I call them and they say they're 5 or 6 mins away. 3:15pm comes and they're STILL not there. I call them again and the guy has the nerve to tell me that he doesn't have time for games and they've got school kids to pick up after we had been waiting for 45 mins!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Their wait time is horrible and outrageous and on top of that they raised the price. They're just not someone I'm going to be calling ever again.
WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER!
One of the drivers backed into my wife not much damage no big deal, I'm sure the driver works ungodly hours because I'm sure he gets paid horrible. I'm however concerned with the way that their hub people talk to other people. Told my wife she was wasting the drivers time when she asked for a couple minutes to finish her work. I really can't say I'm surprised they have such an awful rating.
Called at 3:18 and waited 2 1/2 hrs when to Come and they were rude
