Prices and pickup times fluctuate but they do better work than anyone I have been to in Champaign-Urbana and they really care about the comfort of the dogs. They let me drop off before work and pick up after work. The smoke smell has greatly let up in the last few years- it used to be bad. I have tried others but always go back even though it costs more. Great job on the nails and brushing. Be prepared to pay more. Plus, not open on Saturdays.
I Love Bob's Pet Grooming. They do an excellent job with our Maltese Lucy and you can tell she enjoys going to Bob's Pet Grooming! I recommend them to all my family and friends!
We have been going to Bob's for years and they do a terrific job. They really care about each dog's comfort and feelings, which is a top priority to me, as well as doing a thorough and professional grooming. My dogs always look wonderful when they are done, even mutts where they have to guess what kind of cut the dog should get. The details are also there, down to trimmed foot hair.

Do NOT take your companion to this shop. The smell of cigarettes is so strong, the smell of dirty dogs and the filth in this place is horrible. I was assured that my dog would be fine but when I was told I had to leave her for over 4 hours I decided not to let her stay.
