To be honest, I was little worried in the beginning because shop looks old. I went in for bracelet adjustment which is pretty easy job, but my bracelet was little different from other watch bracelet. (It is the type which you have to grab both side, and screw it to remove links. Zenith watch bracelet.) But he fixed it in about 5 minutes without any scratch on the watch. He was nice person as well. I will definitely go again if I have something to do with my watch. Highly recommend this repair shop!
Very Satisfied. I needed some links taken out of my Legacy Communicator so I could wear it. It didn't take much time for the guy to take the links out & now it fits around my wrist.
Hours stated they opened at 9 am...drove across town to go there, and they weren't open at 9:30 am.
Got my boyfriend's chain fixed through company. Piece was ordered fast and on time. Fixed in fifteen minutes after replacing part. Owner cleaned it and it looked brand new
