Much easier to deal with than the corporate locations around, I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about with customer service. My sales rep was very honest and up front. Corporate told me I "had to purchase" the extra $200 in accessories and tried to tell me it was part of the phone deal. Shop here and save yourself a headache!
