I worked here for about a month, there was lots of drama going into it from the beginning. There was another worker who was constantly arguing with the boss, they'd often get into screaming matches, i asked for a day off, and was fired for so... may be a good place to shop but not a stable environment to work in!!
Prices tend to be just a bit over what you might find at other places, but the service that you get would make it worth it, especially if you aren't really sure what you are looking for.
Went to Mosser's on a Saturday, staff helped me find two different pairs of hiking shoes. Didn't need the pair the had in Stock but is was on sale. The other pair was at a store in Springfield in my size. I decided to have them shipped the pair to my home two hours away. Wednesday I receive a call that the tried to get them online but they did not have my size. Huh?! So apparently Springfield had sold my pair and they scrambled to find my pair online. I received a refund after the headache of trying to get a refund, but come on...know your shoes, styles, and sizes available. Don't try to just make the poor customer get the next size bigger, I mean seriously a super bad way to sell yourself. Will continue my long running streak of having never shopped at Mossers. Waste of time and money!
Also has a nice selection of Vera Bradley bags, and other items.
I would not even rate the service and store a one star. I went into the store yesterday, May 26, 3017. I was greeted by a male employee, but no one approach me if they could help me. The stores floor was littered with boxes, shoes, and paper from the shoe boxes. I walked around the the store where I could. I walk with a cane so I just ended up leaving.
I would rate Heal to Toes a five out of five. Great service, interest in their customers needs, and nice shoes. I will not go back to Mossers.
So. Being transgendered with larger than the normal size feet of most women. I went into this store looking for a pair of flats to wear to an interview. The staff was very helpful, and courteous. There weren't many options for my size of 12 (Women's), but I managed to get away with a pair of 11's that fit decently if not a bit snug. I'm impressed with this store's selection though, and for those with small feet than mine it'll be a much easier experience.
So pleasant and extremely helpful while I was searching for just the right shoe. Very patient and understanding and will go to great lengths to find just what you want! Thank you, Mosser Shoes!
