Found a pair of New Balance shoes I really enjoyed, even tried them on twice (once when I entered the mall, again before leaving). When I went to checkout, they rang up as $20 more expensive than the sticker said they should be. The employee said he cannot honor the price, and he apologized on their mistake.
I left without shoes and a feeling that I was "bait-and-switched". Don't shop here - if you are going to buy New Balance shoes, go to the Urbana New Balance store where they have more honest pricing and service.
I was pleased with my experience, though they did not have my size in the shoes I wanted. I left without ordering or purchasing any shoes, but I was still pleased with the service and the overall experience
