They alway have what I want weather in the store or online and it's often times less than their competitors, plus the employees are very friendly and helpful
I always go to this location because they are usually helpful.This time was different. I came in to look for a new pair of shoes and found one i liked. I went to get help from a young man and asked him to find my size in the pair i wanted. I waited.He never came back and I saw him helping another customer instead.He didn't bother to go back to the stock room to look for the pair of shoes i wanted.At the very least, he could have told me that he had to help another customer or there wasn't any of those shoes in stock. I will not spend a penny at this location. Management needs to rehire or retrain employees on how to give exceptional customer service.
GREAT service and outstanding working staff! They're very reliable on finding shoes for their guest and even if they do not have the shoe you are intended to buy they will have a the greatest substitute. I always recommend coming out to this Finish line. It's the best on in it's jurisdiction! Proud supporter and worker for this company! When and doubt and you need help here look for me and I'll be accustom to your needs!
I went in to return a pair of shoes I wore around the store and at my apartment that I didn't like, now being the bottom of the shoes being white anything and everything shows up on the bottom. They told me I couldn't return them "because customers don't want to buy worn shoes and it's obvious I've worn them" that was what the "manager" told me. Well obviously you have to wear shoes to see if you like them. He then proceeded to tell me he could exchange them for me, I told them I didn't have the time to look for new ones and that an exchange would still be them taking the shoes back into their possession (I work in retail I get how this thing works). That's when this young manager decided he should bag the shoes up say "screw it im not doing anything for you have a good day" then throw my shoes across the counter at me. I get it's holiday season but now I have a pair of brand new shoes that were worn for maybe 20 minutes total that I don't like and can't do anything with and a terrible taste in my mouth for this store. I don't plan on going here ever again.
