DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business in my life! They are very unprofessional, they do not return phone calls or emails for days at a time, they are horrible communicators. Perhaps if they stand to make a huge commission off of you, you will be treated better but if that's not the case, you will be treated like a number. When we negotiated with the other party, my realtor was pretty much working for the other team, not for me. Had I not signed a contract with them to sell my home, I would have fired them months ago! Don't do it, buying/selling your home is too important a purchase to deal with people who don't care about you!
