As a owner: I am moving out of my unit this summer and I hired Fairlawn Real Estate to manage my condo (after I interviewed five other management companies). They are very professional in explaining all the details to me. They also coordinate the remodeling of the condo. The condo is rented after one tenant visit. Their management fee is reasonable, and comparable to other property managements in the area.
It takes a lot to impress me and I can say that I have enjoyed my experience so far with Fairlawn Real Estate! My boyfriend and I don't have the best financial situation, and they helped us out tremendously! I could tell they were going above and beyond to get us moved in so quickly! I have moved every year for the past 7 years and I can tell you this is the quickest and easiest! I was approved hours ago, and after work I will be moving my stuff in my new home! Where else are you going to find trash, sewer, pet rent for only $15.00 monthly AND great customer service? For the past 7 years, I haven't found that, until now! Lexi was early to the showing, followed up with me on every question, and answered the same questions a few times happily! Keep up the great work!
Fairlawn Realty is overall a really quality spot for students, small families, or young adults just starting out in the real world. I moved from a spacious condo, which was owned at the time, to Fairlawn and was worried about the transition from a condo to amB apartments. It quickly felt like home and the office and management staff were quick to respond to any concerns or requests I had. I always felt very safe there and the fact that everything is on the ground floor is really nice. I never had trouble finding street parking either!
Fairlawn has given me peace of mind knowing that my property will be well taken care of. Being a landlord of home that is not in the same town where you live can be stressful but Fairlawn took care of EVERYTHING!!! They sent pictures, answered calls and emails in a timely manner. I would recommend their property management to anyone looking for someone to care for your home as you would.
As a 28 year old returning adult student, I was nervous about renting in a college town. I feel like hit the jackpot with Fairlawn! They understood that I wanted to be close enough to campus without being in the midst of all the parties. They found me an affordable, close-but-not-too-close apartment, and they have been so attentive and quick to respond to any issue. I've had maintenance requests fulfilled the same day. I had such a great experience with them that, upon graduating and staying in the area, I was sure to use Fairlawn to upgrade to a more "adult" apartment. Great experiences all around. Overall my experience of with this company have been very positive, and I hope they can keep up the good work. I will give another review on property management after some time.
As a resident: I've lived in my condo at Fairlawn Village for 5 years and witnessed two changes hands of the condominium management. Fairlawn real estate who took over the business around 2015 is definitely the best one in taking care the community. They mow the grass every two weeks in the summer, shovel the snow in time in the winter, fix the external of the building as soon as there is a need, send out staff to pick up the garbage in the neighborhood regularly, and so on. They really do keep the neighborhood nice and neat. I can see staffs working on different things every day when I walk my dog in the community. Staffs are really friendly to work with, and they stop and say hi to you as you pass by!
