I really cannot say enough bad things about them.
Have had multiple negative experiences wth this company. They charge for everything and do the bare minimum. They talk a big game about their maintenance and improvements, but they never follow through . In fact, instead of improving things, they keep finding ways to add charges and doing less and less themselves . Would never recommend
DO NOT RENT FROM PRESTIGE OR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH ANDY WILSEY-COOPER. Long story short there were multiple occasions where maintenance was needed and wasn't done. I'm honestly not even sure she if has a maintenance crew. I went weeks without a deadbolt that locked my front door. Days without hot water, then when I threatened to call the city because nothing was being done the next day she sent out an unlicensed professional who caused a gas leak trying to fix something he clearly didn't know how to fix. She also threw property in the trash and when I called her about it she turned a simple conversation into yelling, telling me how stupid I am and need to go to school and hanging up on me; when I was neither yelling nor name calling as she was to me. She is extremely unprofessional, and would not recommend you rent with her even if you are desperate to move like I was. I should have did my research before renting with her, I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did so I hope everyone considering working with Andy can see this on many sites. You be the judge, just be careful with her she's a good liar. She has her whole family working for her so they're all in on the lies as well.
