Katie's staff was well informed and prompt in regards to any inquiries that I had during the course of the sale. I even received a list of utilities and offices with phone numbers to contact to close accounts on the day of the sale. Even that was so helpful since I live so far away and had not even thought to take care of that.

Our home sold in 6 days! They worked hard to get us into our new home the same day we closed on our sold place. We were extremely happy to have worked with Katie and her team. They were knowledgeable and extremely on the ball with correspondence. Listen to what they have to say. They recommended that we do a followup inspection on work done to the house we were buying and I am glad they had the experience to do so. Issues were found with the repairs and they were all over it! I will definitely be looking them up when we are ready to do this all over again.
Katie Ruthstrom and her team are not the first real estate group I've used but they are the BEST. I was in the position of selling an older home in Illinois while living in Virginia.
