We placed $500 down on the bed we agreed upon. We get in our car and get halfway down the road and they call us to tell us they actually didn't have the model they told us they had, and that they did have another one that we'd been interested in... for $50 more. I told him no, I'd have to discuss it with my husband.
After that mix-up, I decided I didn't want to do business with them anymore. My husband went in to ask for our money back and he was told they'd eat the extra $50. Still, I wasn't satisfied with this. I didn't like the way we'd been spoken with and the unprofessionalism previously shown, so I walked in to deal with it myself.
We have had issues with getting what we ordered in a timely manner. I was told a product I ordered would be 4-6 weeks for delivery from Sept. 2nd. I called at the beginning of October and was told mid October. Called on 20th was told they would call back. They did not. Called on 25th was told they would fire the person for telling me mid October and they should not have said so. When I addressed the fact that it was at 8 weeks the excuse was then special orders take longer. The person then said the order was being picked up OCT. 31st or Nov. 1st and ready for me to pick up. Called today Nov. 3rd still not in. Next week I was told.
My husband and I went in today, 11/24/17, to purchase a mattress as we desperately needed a new one. From the second we walked in I didn't vibe well with the place. The man who spoke to us harassed us the same way a used car salesman would - and it worked.
Honestly, if I could rate this place zero stars I would. 100% the worst customer service experience I've had in my entire life.
0/10 would not recommend. Please, please never go here. And always make sure to pay with a debit or credit card so you can dispute it with your bank. Be an informed consumer.

We purchased a Sofa set and recliner on 7/8/17 as part of their 4th of July Sale. During our shopping experience it was no hassle and not pushy, we were able to browse freely and was offered assistance when we needed it. We were told 4-6 weeks for it to be ready and that with the holiday sale it could be longer time frame. At 4 weeks we moved into a new house which we purchase the new furniture for so we called for an update. We were told it should be soon. We called at 6 weeks and were told anyday, we called again at 7 weeks and told it should be in any day and that 8 weeks was on 9/8, which was actually 60 days which was over 8 weeks(48 days) When we called on 9/9 we were told to call back on monday to talk to a manager. TUesday I couldn't get through on the phone so went in with my 3 kids in tow to talk to someone, and was told they would call the company to check on it and call me back the next day, and if it was delayed much more i would be some loaner furniture and free delivery. No call the next day. Today Thursday, I visited again and no manager has been in the store for the day. Today they told me its scheduled to be sent to the store on OCTOBER 1st! That's way more than 8 weeks! I understand that "All Sales are FInal" I also understand that "orders can take 6-8 weeks" I was willing to wait 8 weeks but at this point the store has not had any proactive communication about the delay of my order and I'm looking for my money back so i can buy furniture to fill my room that is still empty.
Before I was capable of getting a word out of my mouth, I was told that "the man had already went to the bank with our money," and was asked if I was ready to pick up. He 100% refused to negotiate or let us have our money back, even after they screwed up and told us they had the wrong product.
I absolutely love this place! They saved me so much on a living room set but I had a minor issue with my sofa and not only were they super fast and nice about it they were willing to replace the whole thing! I have never had such amazing guest service like they have provided.
