I purchased 2 loft style beds. I was told they would be in the store in a week and they would call to set up delivery. I was told the beds would be assembled when they were delivered. I was satisfied with my purchase, so I waited... and waited.
I told him I cannot assemble the beds and only ordered from them knowing they would assemble the beds. He offered to refund my delivery charge. I cancelled the beds completely and requested a full refund. This was the absolute worst.
High prices, poor quality, and they lie about the warranty. If you want furniture that lasts more than 2 years do not come here.
Great quality furniture. The associated are always available when need be and are not only professional but has quite a lot of humor to add to the quality of your visit. They are very informational and give great advice when picking out furniture.
After 2 weeks, I called to ask about the beds. I was told they didn't know what happened, but the beds were in Colarado! They apologized and said they would be in the store in one week. 2 weeks later, they called to tell me the beds were in and schedule a delivery date and time. We scheduled and moved forward. I cleaned my girls rooms out and made space for the beds.
The worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. When I went into the store, no one greeted or spoke at all. Four employees were standing by the register and only one was helping a customer. I looked around, found what I wanted, looked up information online about the beds, and went to tell someone what I wanted to buy.
I was greeted and helped by Matt, the store manager. Happy about the experience. He had initiative and knew a lot about the furniture. Found variety, affordable prices, and good quality!
On the morning of delivery (today), I received a call from Matt telling me they would NOT assemble the beds. What?! He apologized and said that when Andrew took the order he made a mistake in telling me they would assemble the beds. He says the beds I ordered are the ONLY beds they do not assemble because they are the MOST difficult beds to assemble. Wait... what? So the most difficult beds to assemble are dropped off in pieces for the customer to figure out on their own?
Michelle was great! She showed me exactly what I was looking for because I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted to see off the website. She didn’t pressure me to look or spend more. Great things with decent prices, it just depends on your budget.
