We came back the next day after looking at colors/fabrics online. Haley helped us once again. We ended up getting a sofa, 2 recliners, and a rug in completely different colors then we had picked out. Haley was awesome and patient with our indecisiveness about the fabrics. She answered all our questions, let us talk it over by ourselves, and when my boyfriend was done playing interior designer, she stepped in with her own opinions and suggestions to help me make the final decision - which was greatly appreciated! Only down side now is waiting 6-8 weeks for our new furniture to arrive, but so worth it!
My boyfriend and I had the best shopping experience ever at this store!!! We actually had only stopped in to check prices and compare with a different store. But Haley greeted us and told us about a sale going on so we decided to look around.
Great store! Dianne was fantastic and was able to find something that fit our needs and price point.
This is show room, they order furniture they said it would take 6 weeks to get. Lady that was helping me was also trying to get other costumers because they make money on sales and she talked really fast and did not stay with me to help. Also kept trying to sale me a rug because they were moving the store. I was shopping for furniture. Bought my furniture from slumberland!
I would definitely recommend this location. Never did I feel like I was being pressured into buying a more expensive item. All the staff was amazing. They knew what they were talking about and they made it a fun environment to shop in, lots of laughs!
Very kind and understanding. We had to bring our young children with us, to make the purchase. Staff was very kind and even played with kids while picked fabrics. Diane gave my husband and I some time to ourselves to discuss the purchase, as this is a very large purchase for us. She was not pushy. She did everything she could to get us the lowest price possible. I have been very pleased with the quality of LaZBoy products in the past, and we wanted to make sure we got a product that met our needs but remained in our budget. Very happy.
Dee was very helpful in helping us find the furniture we wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture we were interested in and told us about the protection from stains plan which we had never heard of before. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to also. Overall I would recommend anyone seeking new furniture, go to La- Z- Boy Furniture in Champaign and ask to speak to Dee.
