Oh wow what can I say. The owner and his Secretary helped me get financing to get my car fixed. They took me home and picked me up when my car was ready. He did two inspections on it to make sure it was done correctly.
If I could give a NEGATIVE star, I would. Mr. Smith at the Champaign location is a BULLY!! He screams at customers (literally), does work and does NOT create a work ticket, denies doing the work then tells you what he's done. THIS time, we have PROOF!! I am forwarding everything we have to corporate, the better business bureau, and whomever they recommend we contact next!!

Worst job ever done! Me and my dad went there to get our van's heat fixed. They charged us $600 dollars to get it fixed by replacing the radiator of the van. And they reaplaced but no change in the heating system of the car. It was so cold and the van was still blowing cold air. We went there twice to ask then why is not fixed, and they completely ditched us. My mother had to drive that van all winter WITHOUT heat. Then recently it turned out that they turned off the ac to start heat (which didn't work in the winter) but in the summer there is no A.C now. So we get it checked by a different mechanic and they told us that Mr Fix It didn't put on the bolts back of the condenser. We paid $600 for an undone job. Too much inconvenience and they cheated basically.
They do cheap and medium low quality service. My car's water pump wss broken, but they said ac compressor issue. Its replacement would cost about $1000. I gave up to fix it for my 16 yrs old vehicle. Other car mechanic in town said, it was a broken water pump. I was disappointed for both. I thought mr. Fix dosen't care very old vehicles like mine.
