Slimy sales reps tried to charge me $90 for "taxes" on an installment payment phone. Called vzw and they had no clue what the $90 was for. Buyer beware!

Went in for a problem with my phone. Customer service representative stated, "Well, I have never seen this, why don't you go to this other store called SimplyMac in the mall so they can look at it and determine if it is a manufacturers defect." It is a good thing I pay for that Verizon phone insurance.
No complaints. They helped me find the best option for my phone so I didn't have to spend a bunch of money. Also dan is hot
I could not have asked for better service from the staff when updating my phone. They not only answered every question in terms that were easily understood but they did it with patience and kindness. Jenny was very helpful. I will not hesitate in returning to this store again.
