Overcharged me for months then after updating CC# with them my auto-renewal was cancelled. So much for paying them that extra money to have them handle it. These people are fraudsters.
' it seems the only posts that are positive are from the employees LOL it also seems they're arrogant and angry because they know that there are un knowledgeable about the products that they're selling... they're just in there trying to make a paycheck, untrained, unprofessional.. so, the defenses go up to hurt mafu#**#s before it can be stated back to them what they already know..... nothing!
Owner of store sold us 2 LG G Stylo smart phones. He told us it had 2 gigs of ram. It does not. When I contacted him less than 24hrs later asking for an exchange to the phones he talked us out of buying he sounded like he would fix his mistake and I assumed at no cost to us since the phones were the same cost. I go in and the guy we were working with was gone and I spoke to the other owner. He refused to sell me the phone at the discounted price and tried telling me that I didn't want 2gigs of ram what I wanted was storage space. And basically assumed I didn't know the difference between ram and storage or network connection. I told him that is what we asked for was 2gigs ram and we were sold phones as 2gigs when that was false so we just wanted to do this exchange. He tried telling me I'd loose my month of service or have to buy the phone at full price. They should have to discount the phone and exchange it at no cost to me without me loosing my month of service because they sold us phones under false pretenses. I will update this review if things get resolved but as of now I would never buy your phone here. Our family has bought 2 smart phones before this from this place in the last month and this is how they treat loyal customers?
