I again hired Melanie recently to look after my pet birds while on an extended vacation. Same PERFECT results. I have recommended Melanie to friends I the area and will not hesitate to continue to do so.
She is great! Before her initial visit, she sat down with me and went over everything regarding my pets including vet info, insurance if any, pet specific concerns or needs. I've used her services for almost 5 years now.
Not to underscore her ability as a pet sitter of course. Melanie was ALWAYS there as planned. She made sure the girls got a walk in and took care of their business. I loved that she would send me a text during the day to let me know they were doing fine. She asked about any specific special needs my "girls" might have and made notes. Melanie is super organized, so I know when she says she will be there, she will be there.
One more thing: when Melanie came over to meet my birds, my "girls" went crazy!!! They were so excited to see Melanie and were hanging all over her. To me, that's the most important thing. Melanie is a true professional who loves animals and is in this for the long run.
