I've used Storage Squad for the past two years to store my items. I liked how the boxes were free and you didn't get charged for any extra boxes you took but did not use. They also give you an appropriate amount of tape-to-box ratio. I have only stored items, not shipped. The box pick up was fine because it was across the street from my housing, so it was fairly easy to walk back with the unfolded boxes. I used the special delivery date and time because I had a flight to catch the same day. I was given an inconvenient time, but Storage Squad came late anyway. It's super busy towards the end of the year and the tracking map is so inaccurate. I had to call multiple times to get a time estimate. I paid extra for them to pick up my boxes from my room, which was 5 flights up with an elevator, which was helpful since I was alone. I didn't store any large items only about 5 boxes and it wasn't that expensive.

In the fall, they dropped off my items to the 3rd floor of my house. This past summer, I stored a lot more items which were obviously more expensive. I requested a certain day for pick up and they were 2 hours late which unfortunately messed up my schedule right before my finals and flight. Hopefully, the drop off of my items should be okay this coming fall!
They just kept my stuffs and didn’t deliver it. It’s about two months now and I still haven’t get my stuffs back.
Storage Squad is great! Everything was moved safely except for my mirror. Although the mirror was broken, the refunded me fully.
