My partner and I came into Robert’s for a ring sizing about two months before our wedding – we had pretty much decided on buying our wedding bands from an online store. Cindy began chatting with us about what sort of styles we were looking at or interested in and explained their custom jewelry design, really bringing us into the process in a way a lot of other jewelers we spoke with didn’t. Most jewelers have a catalog of design options that allow you to build your own ring from various templates they have, but at Robert’s they use hand drawn designs and really go to lengths to create your ring from scratch making it as uniquely yours as you want. By the end of the day we were convinced we wanted to do this custom design process, in great part because of the no-pressure, inclusive way they shared their work. Cindy had drawings ready for us by the end of the week, wax carvings for us to try on by the next week and the finished product just a couple weeks after that. The rings are absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy with them! They feel great on (not overly heavy but also substantive like you’d want wedding bands to feel), and they brought all our ideas together in such a beautiful way.

Robert and Cindy work with you personally to find out your visions for the piece, the meaning it will hold for you, the styles you enjoy and then will create multiple designs that you can input on until the design is perfect. Is it fast? No, its art, fine art you will wear and love for the rest of your life. My engagement ring is one of a kind, gorgeous, and deeply personal to my spouse and I. I've also bought very affordable custom pieces from them as special gifts to very special people in my life - they put just as much care into the small sterling pendants they've designed for me as my white gold and diamond wedding ring. I can't recommend them highly enough for custom designed jewelry!
I had a great experience with the customer service Robert's staff provided. I only needed a $2 pin put on my watch but did not want to go all the way to the mall to get it replaced. I went in and they were very welcoming and we're able to fix my watch within 5 minutes. We had a great conversation in the mean time and I left very satisfied by the service. Although I was only there for a quick fix, they gave me excellent service. I recommend Robert's to anyone looking for unique jewelry. They specialize in colorful stones for great prices. I will be returning in the future to have my watch serviced.
Extremely helpful and customer oriented. Looking for a decent selection of leather watch bands to replace mine was a struggle. Every other place I went before Robert's only had a few and showed little interest in helping me find what I needed. At Robert's they pulled out a ridiculously large selection that they already had in store and were so knowledgeable about sizing and materials. I found exactly what I was looking for in stock and reordered another one to replace mine when it wears out.
I purchased a ring from Robert's a few days ago. The ring looked fabulous and the pricing was very fair. Their service is also very fast; I needed to have my ring sized down, and they had it ready two days before I needed it. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to friends.
