I went in to get my hair flat ironed and so my hair is really curly, anytime it touches water, it curls right back up. So I got it flat ironed and had the style for about a week and I went to wash it for the first time after the flat iron and it did not curl back up. Okay, so I'm thinking that maybe it needs a couple washes. 4 washes later and a protein treatment, courtesy of one of the stylists and my hair is still straight. I went back in and they said my hair has heat damage, the reasoning they gave for the lack of curl. I don't straighten my hair myself at all. So another lady who works there, she has a burgundy red in her hair, said to me that basically it was something that I did to may hair before they flat ironed it. I went in that day with curly hair and now its something that I did. The lady with burgundy hair is very rude and disrespectful, she was upset with a review I gave another client and later went on to tell me that I'm only one person and that she's not worried about me, BTW she went out of her way to have this charged discussion in my place of work. She just continued to be loud and very unprofessional.
This place is TRASH. they just fired probably their best employee. I would not suggest going here as the remaining stylists have no idea what they're doing.
Worst hair cut I've ever had in my entire life. I had long hair, went in for a trim, walked out with almost shoulder length hair. She showed me the maybe 1" of damage I'd be losing, then turned me away from the mirror and proceeded to massacre my locks. I'm sorry, but a trim does no include under cutting and layers in reverse. The name should be chop shop.
They did my three boys hair and did a great job! Will come back again!
If you have any kind of problem, you will need to see the manager. The manager is there a limited number of operating hours.
I do not recommend any Smart Style for any product or services.
