I made an appointment for a Deva cut. My appointment was over a month away, which because of my schedule was understandable. The day of my appointment, I noticed a missed call from the 217 area code. Since it's a 90 minute drive to the salon for me, I called to find my appointment was cancelled. The receptionist said she couldn't leave a message on my phone. Um. Okay.

I wish I could give 10 stars to the folks at Ippatsu. I have been getting my hair done there for almost 10 years (when time allows) and every time I am super pleased walking out and even happier a week later after receiving multiple compliments about my hair. I love the decor, I love the energy and I love the level of professionalism of the staff. They are always attending new training and providing quality products I love to use when I'm styling my own hair.

My hair needed A LOT of help. I was dying my naturally blonde hair black at home for years and needed a change. After the black was stripped out, my color was crazy. Megan not only fixed it, but gave me exactly what I was looking for. She was also experienced with cutting my fine, very straight hair.
