I had my first trip to Hada recently and loved my experience. The staff was so informative and made me feel comfortable. I can't wait for my next visit. I would recommend Hada to anyone not sure where to begin with their skincare needs.
I had a wonderful experience at Hada. I went in for a HydraFacial with Corisa, and she was very knowledgeable and professional. I'd highly recommend her! She made me feel comfortable, and helped me with a treatment plan to help with acne scarring.
For me, it is quite a treat to make an appointment at a spa like this. I get the extra money to do it maybe once every couple years, so I really need it to be a special experience and seen as such by the staff. Unfortunately, it didn't feel special at all and I won't be going back. When I arrived, the receptionist and her assistand (I guess?) just handed me some paperwork and told me to fill it out. They didn't greet me with warmth, or talk to me at all other than handing me the paperwork. They did, however, proceed to talk about their drunken escapades the weekend before for quite some time. I waited a while to get in to see Allison, which was irritating as I was on a schedule. Allison was nice, but I paid $125 for a 30 minute "hydrating" facial, which wasn't overly relaxing and I see literally no difference in my face. My skin looks totally the same, even though she told me it would look amazing afterwards. I'm frustrated I spent so much and the experience was so lackluster. Even more friendly, caring receptionists would have made the experience 100 times better. The girls that worked there could have cared less about me. I wish I had saved my yearly spa visit for a place that would have cared about my business.
Went with my girlfriend for my bday and it was amazing! First Facial, I ever had! Thanks for allowing me to feel comfortable as a guy going to a med spa!
Wow! Hada provided me with an excellent experience. I was nervous about going to my appointment because I was there for laser treatment. I didn't know what to expect, and afraid that it would be an uncomfortable procedure. When I first got there a receptionist greeted me. She was very kind, and comforting. Then I met with Taryn to receive my treatments. She talked me through the procedure, and helped me to feel comfortable. Not only did I feel comfortable going there for my treatments, but I am extremely pleased with the results. After only a few treatments, my scar has improved immensely!!
