My first experience in this care giving place was not good. The staff understood the client had a bad tooth but would not schedule him early. It was clear the staff did not care very much.
They are okay, but their phone service is absolutly terrible. Ive been calling for about 2 and a half weeks to schedule a cleaning i was due for this month and ive left messages and gotten no responce. Its very upsetting because i shouldnt have to call any where else bc smilehealthy is literally in walking distance from me so why should i have to go somewhere else. And its in my opinion stupid that they arent open on fridays.
