Make sure you pay attention on what they charge you for. They have a agreement with my insurance company that they can't charge me for fluoride & they still charge me.

Went in for an unplanned root canal today. Dr. Son and Heidi explained everything very patiently. I had lots of questions and was pretty nervous. No pain (!) and they accommodated me on the same day. Thank you! I've always had great experiences with Champaign Dental Group, take my sons there, and have referred others. Great dentist office!
The dentist never actually came in the room. I got his "diagnosis" secondhand via the hygienist or assistant. I was in the waiting room longer than I was in the chair. They also were supposed to call the dentist to ask a question about the previous dental work I had on the tooth I was there for. Instead, they came back with the amount I owed the previous dentist! I'm pretty sure them being all in my billing account at my previous dentist violates HIPAA. AVOID THEM.
The dentists (I have Dr. Goyal) have always been really attentive and don't rush you at all. They never try to cajole you into procedures or products that you don't need.
I've been a patient here for a little over a year. They have always been courteous and prompt- no waiting for an hour I'm the waiting room.
The staff was very polite and helpful the moment you step inside the office. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists that greeted you throughout the clinic, everyone was very welcoming. The dental hygienist Christina explained everything very well during the teeth cleaning and x-ray process. I haven't seen a dentist in almost 8 years due to high anxiety but Christina made me feel very comfortable. Nicole, the dental assistant, was very nice too. Dr Goyal explained my x-rays and directed me on how to care for my dental health going forward. Overall I had a great experience for essentially going to the dentist for the first time as an adult.
