I chose this place because it was seemingly less expensive than other dentists, which is important since I don't have dental insurance. I called my old dentist - a lady who's been around for decades and has an excellent practice - who told me to come in for a second opinion, no charge. I'll gladly pay the higher rates if it means I never have to go back to this horrible "dentist" again. Stay FAR away!!

I had an appointment for 10 :30 am. I need an x-ray and a filling. I was sitting there until 12:45 to get my filling done. After which, I kept feeling like it was poking and hurting my tongue. It felt like everyone was in a hurry to just get everyone else done and I was a last priority. I was not satisfied with my experience at all. I wasted 3 hours of my precious time only to sit in a chair and stare at the ceiling. They seemed understaffed and in a hurry to JUST GET IT DONE. I would have referred my husband there too, but now, after this experience, I would not go there again and recommend my friends to not go there too.

I had to get some fillings done and I had never in my life had a dentist worry about my pain. When my jaw was in such terrible pain from keeping my mouth open, they tried their best to ease my pain and gave me as many breaks as I needed.

I recently started going here along with my two young children and my husband. I was extremely worried after all the bad reviews but once getting in that chair myself, I quickly saw how caring these people are! The hygienist that I saw was so friendly and made me feel so much calmer about being there and the dentist himself was nothing but nice to me.

I drove 6 hours (round trip) to Family Dental due to poor staff communication. Staff indicated that I would require new placements for my next set of Invisalign, which was not the case. I put off returning to Family Dental for 2 months to pick up my new trays due to the time obligation of driving. My entire visit lasted

I walked into this dentist office and something just didn't feel right from the start. The "business associates" or whatever they're called are dressed really nice and they smile like foxes. After being told that my initial appointment would include an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning, and it would take 40 minutes, the "business associate" told me I would have to schedule my cleaning for another day (that's a totally separate charge, which is very different from what I was told on the phone). I went back to have my exam, where they took more x-rays of my mouth than I've ever had before. The hygienist then pointed out all of my cavities - I'd never had a cavity in my life, and suddenly I had 7. The dentist came in and told me I needed to "start being responsible and floss." I was ready to cry, I was so angry. Then another greasy business associate came in to tell me about my treatment options and how I'd have to pay $1100 (I'm sure it'd actually be much more). They also told my husband that his wisdom teeth were full of cavities and needed to be removed right away - except only one of his wisdom teeth have erupted. I'm no dentist, but your mouth would have to be in sorry shape to have cavities in teeth that haven't seen the other side of your gum line!

Drs. Agapis and Wright, as well as the front desk staff and hygienists, were friendly and explained everything. I got a detailed estimate prior to additional services. Every interaction from calling to make my appointment to the end results of my filling were pleasant!

Though my teeth are far from perfect, I never once felt like I should be ashamed of myself but rather they are there to help me get back on track.
