Hate the idea of having to try to sell here again, three visits over the five years I've been in town and they have yielded me a whopping $11 for a $30 blouse and $50 pair of new heels. Sure you can find some good things here for a decent price, but I've also found large tears on items on the racks and found a pair of underwear in a pocket of a bag I picked up. The young ladies they have running the place from what I can tell are barely capable of handling business transactions or provide good customer service. I wasted my time driving out there to only turn around and donate the two bags of clothes that were new, but because there were some sweaters they said it was just out of season. What ever, I much rather go next door to tjmaxx and buy new clothes.
They suppose to buy clothes but They are not very polite when I tried to sale clothes. I went 7 different times with practical new clothes,clothes I paid high prices for,clean,dry cleaned....still would not buy them. So I will not buy another item from here. Why put my money into them. They would not put their into me.
I love that I can get up-to-date trendy items at a very good price. They only take gently used clothing. Perfect
AVOID AT ALL COST. Cannot return items. I bought a coat for my nephew and realized it was a bit short after he tried it at home. I required for a return but they refused to give my money back. They claimed that it is their policy to only give me credit in their store to spend within one year. However, it is extremely hard to find something I like. Do not recommend at all.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff are pretty snobby and don't bother bringing in anything to sell unless it's brand new. Yeah you can find some good things cheaper here but I always have a bad experience.
