As a former employee this store is the most unorganized store I've ever been in. I went in there last week and I was he first customer since they had opened. I smiled at the assistant manager, expecting her to smile back or greet me and she turned her head and pulled out her cell phone. Then while I'm looking around another customer comes in and the manager is all about wanting to greet and help her. How rude! Never again will I give this store my money. Rude service and very unorganized. Christmas Eve I had to miss my family Christmas to stock for the sale the day after Christmas and after finishing what was given to me to do, I had to finish all the other lazy employees work. Bull. Think again before shopping here. Oh and at one point I was given 3 hours on one paycheck. Think again before shopping or applying here!!
I think the whole company has changed recently. I went in and did the "Buy 3 Get 2" promo. I was shocked when I checked out - the prices have gone way up! Not to mention, while I was looking around, 3 people in the span of 5 minutes came up to me and asked what I was looking for, could they help me, could they give me a bag, and they each gave me the same canned shpiel about some new scent. I was really annoyed and just wanted to get out of there. I won't be back.
Wonderful, was very pleased with service and products I purchased.
People were not willing to give me credit to my current purchase and had hard time figuring out how to do it. They were upset that I wanted to return items that I did not like.
