The service here was very nice, and they were more than happy to offer opinions on products and take them out of the packaging so we could see what we were getting. They seem to reduce the awkwardness of walking into a sex shop and make you a little more comfortable. Overall quite pleased.
I expected to be slightly creeped out coming in here. But, the employees were very friendly and super professional. They worked with me really well to make sure I made the proper purchase I was looking for.
Definitely check this place first if you're curious or looking for something, even if you don't find it, I think you'll be happy you went by.
I don't know where to start... If I could give this place zero stars I would. Usually I buy stuff like this on amazon because it is half the cost and has discreet shipping. But, I needed to find a last minute bachelorette party item for my friend. When I pulled up to the parking lot it was filthy and there was a bloody condom on the ground. Yes, bloody! I should have left then, but I was in a rush and needed to find something for the party. I walked into the store and started looking around. I noticed wet floor signs and buckets on their carpets. I walked around it and dirty water dripped on me and I noticed the carpet was soaked! Their roof was leaking and the woman working there told me that it always leaks when it rains. The ceiling looked moldy and it's obvious that the owners do not care about this place. The brunette lady with glasses, at the counter, was rude when I asked if they had any bachelorette party items, and just pointed to a wall as she looked at her phone and sighed. I was shocked when I saw that she had a store manager name tag on. The entire store was filthy and gross, and after realizing I was an inconvenience, I decided to leave. As I was leaving a guy in the parking lot asked if I wanted to have a good time in the arcade. I flew out of that parking lot and will never be back! I recommend you try the other store in town called Patricias and stay far away from this one! Unless you like dirty stores with perverts watching you while you shop from the arcade. If you have some time look on Amazon, you can get the same items for half the price. I am all for having adult stores, but the city needs to shut this place down! It poses a hazard to our community.
This place is clean, comfortable, and definitely a better alternative to driving to some shack off the highway (my initial plan).
Service was amazing. This was my first time ever going to an adult store, and the people working there were incredibly nice, and managed to never make me feel awkward (which is honestly a FEAT!) They answered all my questions, made recommendations, unpackaged items for me to see before purchase, and were generally awesome. When I couldn't find an item about which I was curious, they made a note for the manager, and offered to order some in in the future for me to look at.
For something I was dreading, the people here made this an entirely pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Years ago I shopped here but was cat-called outside after, and felt uncomfortable returning for some reason. I had a great experience then (inside the store!) as I did tonight, per usual, and I'm glad to say no creepers were nearby. As others have said - the staff are super welcoming, honest about products, and strive to create a relaxed atmosphere. As a fetishist with a pole at home, I always feel like I'm talking to a friend here. So great.
