Everytime I go in there, there is always somebody wether it be staff or another person buying things, that will help me if I need it. The staff is more than nice and they are sometimes a big influence. If they tattoos, sometimes if im the only person in line, they will tell a story of how they got their first one. If they have piercings, they'll tell the story of how they had the courage to get it and if they thought it hurt or not. Hot Topic is an amazing place for people to connect wether it be a little kid, teenagers or adult, you can always find new friends there!

Every single staff member was more than helpful,but not in your face like many stores.They had great personalities and were far more than helpful. I was buying gauge kits for the first time and they knew everything about it and allowed me to become educated to be safe and satisfied with my purchase. The champaign, IL store makes tyou feel welcomed and important as a customer. It was great!
