I was very impressed with their customer service. Most of these small dealers are just interested in selling you the loan. That is not the case here. I did take the car to a third party shop, just to get an unbiased opinion on the car's overall well-being. I was fairly impressed that there was only one major problem with the car and it looked like they took care of it.
Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "CAR DEALER" Had car less than one month and heard grinding noise. Turns out the wheel fell OFF. When the mechanic at sprigfield "auto" was asked about it during a test drive they said it was nothing. Now i have been robbed of hard earned money. A BUNCH OF THEIVES.
After comparing numbers from multiple places in town, I chose this place. I'm thankful I did! Very reasonable, no hidden charges, and a solid vehicle!
Drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle. The vehicle was listed as 7500$ and the fellow that we talked to said we would only be able to purchase if we put at LEAST 4000$ down. How does that even make sense? If we had 4000$ to put down, we sure as hell would not purchase there! He then referred us to go down the street and talk to Ideal Auto Sales because they "would be worth our time". Ridiculous!
