I truly dread the thought of visiting a used car lot, and even thinking about negotiating prices gives me anxiety, let alone worrying about getting sold a lemon or getting ripped off. Thankfully none of that was a concern at Auto Town. Ben the owner was very courteous and not the least bit pushy. He helped us decide on the right car for our family situation and then he took care of us through the whole sales process. At no time did I feel any sense that he was trying to take advantage of us. He even ran the blue book analysis of the car for us, and explained how his pricing works, as well as showing us the detailed ownership and maintenance history of the car. Personal service like this made me actually enjoy the process of buying the car, and I was excited to drive away with a vehicle that I had chosen and felt good about purchasing. I would definitely go back to this local shop and avoid the big lot dealerships.
We had a great experience. Ben, the owner, was very friendly and walked with us through the whole sale. We test drove, got financed and they even washed the car for us before driving off the lot- all under three hours! I would definitely go back and highly recommend you buy your car here. My mom knew Bob through her employment at an auto-body shop and directed me to him when I needed to get a new vehicle. They helped me find a car in my budget range that fit my needs at the time. I just got a different vehicle, going through them again and they worked their magic a second time with me!
