Derek and Don are fabulous. I can always count on whatever work needs doing it will be done promptly and perfectly. On those occasions where their works was perfect and the car was not they continue to be perfect professionals. If all corporations had the integrity that Derek and Don offer then the automotive world would not be looked upon as a difficult place to do business. I find working with these two professionals to be rewarding. I cannot thank them enough for their help. One of the main reasons that I continue to come back to the Ford family is that I have worked with Derek for over 10 years and he has never let me down. Thank you.
I went today to look at a new vehicle and when going back and forth I said vehicle is not worth that price (after being insulted on a trade in price) the salesman became very standoffish and hostile and said "well it obvious you know the car business better than me" and walked away. Never again will i consider ford city. Be smart take your business to another dealer.
Went to ford city Against my better judgement. They service my company vehicle and every time it comes back it seems to be worse than before. One would think they would take care of frequent customers and vacuum out and wash the windows of the vehicles they service, do the little things.
I had a low tire and pulled into the dealership at 6:55 p.m. Two salesmen came out to check my tires and had me pull into the closed service department where they put air in all my tires. I was able to return the next day without having to have the car towed in. I appreciated their help. While waiting for new tires, the one noticed me and asked if I had been able to make it back in without any problems. He also told me to let him know if I needed anything.
Brought my new Fusion in for its first oil change at 3,000 miles. No appointment was needed, right in and right out. Was delighted that the 1st oil change is free for a new car. Drove away very happy with fresh clean oil and a clean car.
I had a very positive experience with having my car serviced at Champaign Ford City. My car was due for some routine maintenance. When I called to make an appointment, I was told what services were recommended, how long it would take to do them, as well as the approximate cost. When I arrived with my car, I was again alerted to what was to be done and the cost. The recommended work was done as quoted.
