I had very little difficulty actually getting the unit; however the code I received to get in did not work. I have called and left two messages and stopped by the office. Messages have gone unreturned and no one was in the office. This despite me indicating that this was urgent. I have flooring installers coming and need to move my furniture out. I am fairly annoyed at this point.
I made a reservation but I couldn't get a key. There's no one in the office. They don't answer the phone or return messages. Go somewhere else.
They never return phone calls and are VERY hard to get ahold of. I have called and emailed multiple times with no answer. I also went to the office when they were supposed to be there and there was a sign posted that they were working from home and to call the number posted. I did call and still no return call back. I have moved all of my things out of the unit and have been trying to cancel my month to month payment. They sent me the email with the invoice for next month despite my efforts to get in contact with them to cancel it. Also, it is supposed to be gated however the entire left side of the property does not have a fence and anyone can enter from that side. They also do not plow when it snows or lay salt prior to freezing rain or ice storms which made it very difficult for us to get to our unit a few times.
