I went to Great Value Storage front office to sign up for a storage spot that i reserved through a third party and found that i had lost my spot due to going in more than 48 hours after reserved move in date. although i was frustrated April Britt was very understanding and more than made up for it by finding me an open storage room. My experience ended up being very good.
The staff was very helpful and the facility is well taken cared for. I have personally worked in storage for over 4 years so I naturally am on the lookout for life and safety issues any time I go to a storage facility. I did not see anything that stood out as a major issue and from the looks of it the site works hard to mitigate possible water damage or pooling areas. Wide aisles and well lit with doors that open and close smoothly. I am only using them for a short period of time between moves but I have been very satisfied with the site and their service. I believe April was the name of the woman who helped get me set up and she was very pleasant and made sure to cover all the major ins and outs of the storage process. Clean, secure, and well staffed I would recommend to anyone who needs temporary storage.
Super quick. Was in a rush to start moving, saw unit, signed papers, and walked out within less than 25 min. The guy was super nice and kept everything simple, answered all my questions as well.
April stay late to help me with renting a unit. She took time to show a few options and make sure it would work. Her customer service was above and beyond. The place was clean and well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.
Have used the facility multiple times over multiple years and had good experiences each time.
