Waited 20 mins at the drive thru. TWENTY MINUTES AT THE DRIVE THRU. There were no customers inside, and the sandwich I had didn't even have all the toppings on it. This isn't the first time this Wendy's has been slow, but this was ridiculous. Was late returning my friend's Zipcar, cost us a 50 dollar late fee. Seriously mad.
After placing our orderived and sitting in lobby waiting on our food swatting away flies..we enjoyed our cold employee picked over order at a table we had to wipe down ourselves. All the while watching other customers complain about thier orders being wrong or cold..not like the Wendy's in our neighborhood

We drove through and were really impressed with the quality of food. Lately other Wendy's locations have been a gamble. Ordered two burgers. They were excellent!!
Nightmare.
For the price the jbc meal is a surprisingly good value. You can't beat $5 for a meal and since the burger is smaller than the regular burgers I consider it diet food. As for that location, they have never screwed up an order, they have always been good with the customers, it's clean and the coke machine rocks.
11:20 and I backed up to the speaker to ask them to bring my food to me. They said "no just come to the first window." 11:30 and I finally have my cold Son of Baconator.
10:30pm Thursday and ordered a #5 (Son of Baconator). After waiting 15 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me, I receive a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Doors are locked so I go back to drive through and they offer to replace it. I wait another 15 minutes and they give me ANOTHER Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I loop back around and the line is 6 cars long. I have still not received my Son of Baconator and it is currently 11:15pm.
