I stopped coming here years ago because of horrible customer service. THIS SOLIDIFIED ME NEVER RETURNING.

Just waited 25 minutes to try and order two drinks at 3pm. 4 cars behind me left. I was told to please hold on to place my order. Several minutes later I said hello and the woman's reply was, "I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming". I waited a little longer and asked how much longer it was going to take, a new woman comes on and asks, "have you ordered yet?" I ordered my drinks and one of them was wrong....no apologies for the time or inaccuracy.
I did the walk up. There's an area where you can sit and eat and I attempted to place an order. But every time I activated the button, it was deactivated almost instantly. I don't know if it was a technical issue or perhaps someone thought it was a game being played but either way... I never got served.
Delicious food and the employees are very nice. My only problem is how long you have to wait for your items in the drive thru. I usually go to a bay because they seem to get your food out quicker.
Order correctness was on point, but 25 minutes in a drive thru is a bit excessive... Don't think the folks in front of us ordered a whole menu worth, so kinda have to wonder if it's worth waiting that long for two drinks and a order of tots.....
