Lanz and our technician Alex were outstanding from start to finish. Having recently purchased a home, we decided to add a backup sump pump and replace the primary sump pump concurrently. Alex listened thoroughly to our preferences and needs, and he specified outstanding and appropriate parts and supplies for our application. His expertise, attention to detail, and friendliness exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to call Lanz in the future; this was truly an "above and beyond" experience.
Kurt was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Unlike some companies that try to sell you more than what you really need, Kurt took the time to assess what would be the best system for our home. Chris and Calvin, our installers, were wonderful...extremely professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions we had. They were thorough, noticing some issues with our previous furnace caused by improper installation (by another company), and explained how they would make it right on this install. These are the little things that really add value in a customer's mind, and Chris and Calvin left a great impression on us. They cleaned up so well after the install, you would never know work had just been done. Fantastic job, guys!
Calvin and Chris did the installation of our family room furnace. They were very professional, answered all our questions and most importantly did a very thorough job with the installation of the furnace and new air conditioning unit. They even hooked up the smart thermostat that we had previously purchased. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Lanz and their team.
From the initial consultation and walk-through with Kurt, to the final handshakes with Jamie and Austin, this company has exceeded all expectations. Wealth of knowledge and experience, ability to set goals and meet them, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done well are hallmarks of a quality company. And these people have them in spades. Our home is a tri-level that has only ever had baseboard heat so everything had to be installed from scratch. No easy task, but Kurt bid it well for the right equipment at a fair price, and Jaime and Austin made it happen...On 3 different levels, for 3 solid days , in 95+ heat...The entire system looks and functions like pros did it..'cause they did. Are we satisfied? ..Yes for sure.. Would we recommend Lanz? . Yes..and they can put a sign in our yard anytime..
