Opened our pool after coming back from vacation second week of June and motor only hummed. Next day, Tuesday, went to Cardinal pool to order a new pump and sand filter, Sharon knew exactly what we needed. Thursday evening Sharon and her crew arrived around 7pm and began insulation in the still hot, humid weather. Three hours later our pool was operational. Thanks so much for your exceptional service.
I have never been treated so rudely! I called to get a commercial pool closed. Being in a small city we often have to outsource between 5-30 miles outside of our city to get items completed. I can tell they did not want to come to my city however when I asked how much is pricing for travel time (so i can calculate that in) Sharron got snippy? I asked why do I feel hostility on the phone? She instantly said "this isnt going to work, have a good day" ...REALLY? If you dont want to do the job just say so. You cant even pay people to work anymore!
I spoke with Mike at Cardinal this morning. He was prompt and courteous, and able to explain in an easy to understand way exactly how I could solve my problem. Thank you!

Just made a phone inquiry about re-slinging patio furniture. I can't believe how rudely I was treated. I've owned my furniture for 10 years and bought what I could afford at the time from Lowe's. This person did nothing but shame me for buying from a "box store." Now that I might be able to afford the "top quality" and probably over-priced patio furniture from somewhere like "Cardinal", I'm sure as hell not going to buy it from her. Obviously, I was trying to do a good-turn for the environment by trying to fix something instead of throw it in the landfill. The person I talked to must believe in a disposable society.
