Hi, I am not Harro Barrante but I have used this service often and I find the staff quite pleasurable. I haven't been as much since the changes via Springleaf but even then I find Tammy always nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Please promote her.

bad way for money. Do NOT fall into their trap!

This place was the worst experience of my entire life! Also, the interest rate is out of this world. I took out a 2000 dollar loan. After 2 years of paying on time every month I decided to call to see where I was at. (Let's do math, 200 x 24 =?) The staff told me that with the 200 I was paying every month I still had about 5700 something to go. 5700! I about lost it! After making them make sure that they were on the right account, I asked them if my payoff would be different and it was 3516. I was able to get that money and pay off the loan. But then there was another stop. They called me saying that my account had insufficient funds...while I was staring at the money from my Chase app. They got their 200 every month and now all of a sudden it doesn't work..hmm. Well, I told them to try again and I would pay the fee for the funds. The next week I called every day to make sure it was going through and the last 2 days they said it was a 0 and paid off...Until I got a call at work..another stop. This call was to inform me that there was another insufficient funds fee because the money just isn't there. At this point I was very frustrated. When I asked if they could look into it they said it will need to go to corporate which will take 15 days. 15 more days of the loan being out would basically equal the dollar amount of the fee. So they still get that money either way.. I told them I would be in but before I got off the line they informed me that I still have to pay for that month. Because they didn't take the money out at the beginning of the month, I now have to pay for their mistakes, my payment for that month plus the pay off amount..Seriously?! I then got off work early, went to the bank, got a cashiers check and handed it to one of the staff members. Finally it was all over. This took a month longer than it should of and also cost me way more money. I ended up paying 3945.....but it was over, right? Nope. I just called today( a month later) because I never got my car title back...it was suppose to be back within 15 days. They apperantly never released it. They are the biggest mess I have ever seen and they will get the last cent they possibly can. I am not one to do reviews, in-fact, this is my first. But this caused so much stress and caused such a mess, I truly don't want anyone else going through what I just did. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a bank, or anyplace else. ANYWHERE, BUT HERE!!

Please at all cost avoid using this finance company!!! They have the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my life, they are rude and absolutely unwilling to work with you if you run into any kind of problems. I actually had one of the employees tell me that they didn't care if we used there company in the future they just want there money back! The management; if that is what you want to call it is just as bad! The so called manager actually said "Are you going to shut up so I can talk" I have never been treated so horribly before in my life!! These people are a joke.
