Don't expect good customer service at the Savoy location. I have had to wait multiple times for between 30 minutes to 1 hour just to get customer service for help finding an item or to speak to a manager. Every time i had a worker there paged they never showed up. It is same with the managers. I usually wait 30 minutes to an hour and after that i go to shop somewhere with more reliable workers.
I️ shop at walmart in Champaign ALOT atleast 15x a month... anything we need Wal-Mart is our go to for majority of things. Well today I️ came in and they couldn’t find my online order for the second day but the store manager Thomas took good care of me he was really nice and apologetic for the mess up and fixed everything which I️ appreciated very much he even gave my 3 yr old son his treat free of charge (that I️ originally was going to purchase because he had done so well getting his hair cut ) Thomas made it very clear his customers means the most and because of that I️ am a happy satisfied customer and of course I’ll be back
The only reason I come to Wal-Mart is due to the variety of household item's & how cheap their diapers are. Otherwise I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Lanes are always backed up due to only having 3 or 4 cashier's during rush hour and weekend's. Fruit is almost never fresh, wrongly marked item's(rings up more then marked price almost always a dollar or more at register), restocking is horrible. Maybe it's a staffing issue but as paying customers it shouldn't be our problem. However, the staff that is on hand are always nice and informative. Prices on certain things when marked correctly are great.
Walmart has good prices, but it is not a place you want to be when you are in a hurry. They never, ever have enough cashiers, and the lines go very slow. If you are in a hurry, go to Target. They have plenty cashiers and the staff is friendlier.
This Walmart is the best Black Friday place ever. Not even lines and all the deals last throughout the whole day. Will come only here next year.
