It's been many months since I stepped foot in the Champaign Illinois store. I stopped going because the lack of pride in the store is so evident due to how messy all of the departments are. The clearance racks are the worse. Everyone knows that if you want to move product you need to keep it organized CONSTANTLY. Kohls does not implement this, thus, the trashiness of the store. If you still want to shop at a brick and mortar Kohls--make the drive to the Danville store. It's well worth the trip! (In order to post my comment I am forced to tap on a star. The Champaign store does not rate the one star I had to tap) And for YOU smartallics, YES, I COULD DO A FANTASTIC JOB! Never complain about something you can't or won't try to fix!
Racks packed so tight you can't see the clothes. Most of the time it looks like a closet exploded. If you wear a medium or large, they often don't have them. They have many types of rewards but sometimes my card isnt recognized. Danville is where I prefer to go.
Good quality clothing. Easy to find good deals if you're willing to look.
My girl and i needed alot of watches sized and BLAKE (manager) had a very positve attitude and alot and i mean alot of patience.thank you for being professional, quick and courteous....
