Great shop to get your bike fixed! The workers are really nice and they definitely know what they're doing. Highly recommend them.
Best Shop in town!! Great service at fair prices. Fast and sturdy repairs. We bought a bike from them and forgot about the 30 day tune up we had and then needed service and they still did the work for free. Great staff who never criticize your bike, they just get the work done. They offer recommendations but I've never felt upsold. They have even told me that I didn't need certain things when I've asked about them. We have five bikes in our family and this is where we go for service.
It can get very busy during the school semester here, so plan early and call in to set an appointment. During the summer I've only ever had to wait a few days (~3 days max).
Always helpful, and very up front with pricing and what you need versus maintenance or upcoming costs. Very reasonable pricing compared to the other bike shops in town.
Every time I'm here there is wonderful customer service, and a very knowledgeable staff. They always tell you what's going on with your bike if you inquire and want to know. The one time I had an issue over a repair cost they were not ride, and figured out the issue very quickly (it was just a mistake with their entry).

I own a old bike that my grandfather gave me and it for sure has seen better days. Despite it's many issues I keep it for it's sentimental value. The staff at Neutral Cycle are very knowledgable, and are always able to fix it up for me. For the fair prices, fantastic service, and great location I highly recommend to anyone riding a bike on campus.
These guys are the best. I came in for a bike tune for my gears and they were very friendly and understanding, making sure my bike worked perfectly regardless of issues
