Worst experience ever! They will lie and mislead you. Manager Blake Good has no customer service skills he is rude, and will not honor what is employee says.

No matter what is reported you'll never get answers. I have yet to ever get a follow up on anything we've reported. We let people leave broken down vehicles in their driveway blocking the sidewalk for a month and a half, still no sticker placed on the car. The car is still sitting there. Police drive our street multiple times a day, so how can you not see this car!

So this morning my daughter's car gets broken into, cigarette smoke inside, seat laid back, etc.. do I even bother calling the police? What exactly will they do to help us this time? Frustrated!! As long as they get those speeders on mopeds!

These police are dirty, 2012 I was in my apartment cooking when I turned around and saw someone's head poking through my front door. Startled I yelled get the **** out! Then slammed the door on the guy's face well turns out he was a cop and he came inside and pushed me around and threw me into a wall. I later called to complain and an officer came to meet me. He told me to come outside and arrested me for public intoxication I had only 2 beers!Just remembered that and needed to get it off my chest.

As a 19-year old UIUC student who has a clean record, I can say the officer who stopped me for accidentally blowing a stop sign was very courteous, explained to me the reason for the stop, allowed me to speak and ask questions, and graciously only gave me a warning. I don't know the guy's name (it was dark and those siren lights are bright) but I was glad a guy like him was working for CPD.

How many times do my family's cars need to be broken into our stolen from our house, still never found out anything about that crime. Other than doing my own detective work, finding the area where they went joy riding in the nearby park and left it stranded in a field.

The Campaign police department in the 90's and early 2000 has harassed me and several others to the point were they suppressed a whole generation of minorities of poor socioeconomic status with police records and/or metal abuse. The police department along with their chief of police has done nothing for the children in Campaign, but to exploit them due to lack of resources and knowledge. The city is in desperate need of advocates and organizations to help adolescent children stay out of the corrupt penal system of Campaign County.
