My family appreciates this place so much. Our active pup came to us with a severe aversion to being crated, so we need safe alternatives to leaving him home. He loves going to the Dog Den, and comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized at the end of the day. The Dog Den is a lifesaver.
Our dog always come home happy, healthy, and safe. We always feel at ease and comfortable leaving her there knowing she's in good hands and will have fun. The staff always communicates promptly when emailed or called.
The Dog Den is by far the nicest boarding facility I've ever seen. It has room for boarding and play. Rarely you can find something like this all in one place. Most times you see boarding facilities that have members of staff walking the dogs for a few minutes 3 times a day and after that the poor dogs get to spend the rest of the day in a small cage. Not here. If you have't heard about this place, you should definitely check it out. You wont regret it. And yes, did I mentioned CLEAN?
My dog loves going to the Dog Den! She will try to leave with me every morning because she wants to go play with her friends. She also knows when we pull up and gets super excited and whines to get out of the car. When I come to pick her up the workers sometimes have to carry her out because she doesn't want to leave. The workers are all friendly and enjoy being around the dogs. Every time we go in my dog happily greats all of them. I would recommend the Dog Den to every dog owner that wants their dog to socialize, and get rid of some energy. They are also wonderful when it comes to boarding your dog as well and try to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible.
My dog is a regular and loves every minute! He plays all day, comes home tired, and gets excited to do it all again. The facility is clean and my dog never comes home smelling horrible. The staff is fantastic with animals, provide phone updates if anything concerning happens, and always welcome my dog for day play or boarding, even if last minute.
